Muhammad Kashif
Editor, I Love Sarawak
Muhammad Kashif writes and runs I Love Sarawak from Kuching — an independent guide to the state he lives in, written to cover Sarawak the way it is actually travelled rather than the way it is advertised.
The guide keeps in the parts a brochure leaves out: that the last boat back from Bako goes at 3pm, that orangutans stop coming to Semenggoh's platform when the forest is fruiting, that the Pinnacles trek is genuinely hard. Where an article comes from a visit of his own it says so and the photographs are his — as with the Sarawak Science Centre, shot in its opening week. Everything else is credited to the people who made it.
How this guide is researched, and how to send a correction, is on the about page and the contact page.
